Anna and Ryan

Anna and Ryan were the cutest 15-month old twins with the most beautiful, vivid blue eyes.  They were not quite sure what to think of me that afternoon but we were able to get some really cute shots.  Mom and Dad here is your sneak.

Ethan

Was a 12-day old pure joy to work with.  He was the sleepiest baby ever which is perfect for a photographer.  And he has the creamiest color skin that I really didn’t even have to touch.  I have so many favorites from this session. Can’t wait to work on them all.  Mom and Dad - enjoy your sneak!

Liam

We spent the afternoon at Liam’s favorite place in the world …Georgia Tech Campus.  At three he is already scoping out the best dorm room on campus and is an avid Tech sports fan.  Liam ran around the campus about seven times so Mom and I were able to get our work out in for the day.  What a bundle of fun energy.  Mom and Dad here is your sneak!

Dorothy 9 Months

I can’t believe how fast this little lady is growing up.  She is on a baby plan so I have the privilege of photographing her every three months.  She has changed so much over the last six months.  This time she was mobile and full of smiles and giggles for us.  And I’m not sure if she enjoyed eating the lollipop or daffodil better.  Mom and Dad I hope you enjoy your sneak!

Three

There are two things three here.  One, and most important, Dom turned three.  He had a cowboy party which I hear was a blast.  And two, this is the third time I’ve come to take pictures of Dom and Nic.  As usual we had so much fun running around and just being silly.  Hope you enjoy your sneak!

A little about me …

I don’t get very chatty on my blog.  Mostly because I post pictures at the end of one edit/beginning of another and I’m mentally zapped.  Plus, I don’t think I’m all that interesting. So I figured I’d tell you a little about me.  Here are eleven things.  Hope you enjoy!

1) I’m a military brat.  I’ve lived in five states and two countries.  I claim Colorado as my home base.

2) I have a 21-month old son who is just a love.  You can sometimes find pictures of him on the blog.  And I’m pregnant with #2 due in August.  So I’ll go on maternity leave in July and come back at the very end of September.

3) I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 6-years.

4) I love Chick-fil-a.  Especially the waffle fries ….YUM.

5) I took this past weekend off to visit my Mom for her birthday and help take care of my Grandmother after surgery.  Grandmother is doing well …but they believe my Grandfather has bladder cancer.  I hope this is not the case.  He is my last remaining Grandfather and a charming man.  I would love for him to be around to meet my second child.  My other grandmother died a few weeks before my son was born and it still makes me sad they never met.

6) My favorite place to travel is Alaska.  I LOVE it.  If I win the lottery, I’m buying a summer house up there in Wasilla.  And while visiting Alaska we were chased down by a bear.  Not kidding.  Ask me about it at your next shoot.

7) I love coffee and red wine.  Which makes being pregnant pretty hard.

8) I worked in Advertising for 10-years before becoming a photographer.

9) I love to watch The Office, Flight of the Conchords, Deadliest Catch and the Travel Channel.  Oh, and Mad Men but I’m so behind.

10) I hate feet.  Well, adult feet, but there is nothing cuter than children’s feet and their tiny toes.  I don’t know when the cut off is between adorable and stinky feet.  I’ll let you know when I find it.

11) I have the best job in the world and absolutely love what I do.  Working with children and capturing their personalities at the moment is just a joy.  I’m so lucky!  And I hope to see you soon.  :)

Addison

Sweet Addison is such a beautiful baby.  I barely had to touch her skin as her coloring is just perfect for a newborn.   And she was so alert and curious to what we were all doing the other morning taking her pictures.  Mom and Dad here is your sneak!

Sidney, Jack and Aiden

We had a lot of fun the other day playing outside, jumping on the bed, dressing up and just being kids.  And I always love when Client’s live close to me.  Our kids will go to the same middle and high school.  So much fun!   Hope you enjoy your sneak!
