We decided to use our creative portion of our brains for this week’s Summer Fun by making puppets. I found the puppets at Hobby Lobby for $1.99. The boys had a great time coloring them; and then of course attacking the puppet in a puppet war. (I’m betting this doesn’t happen in all girl families …does it?). And the boys favorite part …snacks and soda. They love the Izze all natural soda and so do I. This activity didn’t last as long as the squirt guns, but it was a good 30-minutes of creative time with Mom and away from the TV time.
